Terms of Service

Clear rules for using PerlerTool, publishing creative work, and purchasing recurring or prepaid membership access.

Last updated: July 24, 2026

Terms at a glance

  • You keep ownership of the patterns, images, and other content you create.
  • You must have permission to upload and publish the content you submit.
  • Card memberships renew automatically; cryptocurrency memberships do not.
  • Do not misuse the service, bypass limits, or publish illegal or harmful material.
  • These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You must be legally able to accept these terms. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use PerlerTool only after receiving that permission.

Free and membership features

PerlerTool offers free features and paid membership features. Current limits, prices, included features, billing intervals, and taxes are shown on the membership and checkout pages. We may improve or replace features over time, but changes do not remove rights already required by law.

Membership access is connected to your PerlerTool account and may not be resold, shared between unrelated users, or transferred without our approval.

Payments and renewal

Recurring card memberships are processed by Creem, or by the card payment provider identified at checkout. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. The checkout shows the total price, billing interval, included tax, and renewal terms before you pay.

Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments and purchase prepaid access for one calendar month or one calendar year. They do not renew automatically. A successful payment period is added after your latest active membership expiry; a month-end or leap-day expiry is adjusted to the last valid date in the target month or year.

Payment providers may perform fraud, sanctions, location, and payment-method checks. A payment that is incomplete, underpaid, reversed, disputed, or not verified may be delayed for review or may not activate membership.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel a recurring card membership through the management link or customer portal provided by the payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access active until the current paid period ends. Cryptocurrency memberships have no recurring renewal to cancel.

Refund eligibility depends on the payment provider, the reason for the request, transaction status, applicable law, and our Refund Policy. A refund, chargeback, or payment reversal may end the membership access connected to that payment.

Your content and permission to host it

You retain ownership of content you create. You must have the rights and permissions required to upload every source image, pattern, project photo, title, description, and comment.

By saving content, you give PerlerTool a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, resize, back up, and reproduce it only as needed to operate and improve the service. When you choose to publish content, this license also allows us to display and distribute that content through PerlerTool until it is removed, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention periods.

Public content and moderation

Content submitted for public display may be reviewed before publication. Editing approved public content may return it to pending review. Approval does not mean that PerlerTool owns, endorses, or guarantees the content.

Public content is also governed by the Community Guidelines. We may reject, remove, limit, or preserve content when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, respond to reports, protect users, or comply with law.

Acceptable use

You may not use PerlerTool to:

  • Upload illegal, abusive, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or infringing content.
  • Bypass membership checks, quotas, moderation, security controls, or access restrictions.
  • Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape protected data from, or introduce malicious code into the service.
  • Impersonate another person or use payment methods without authorization.
  • Use automated access in a way that harms the service or other users.

Service availability and responsibility

PerlerTool is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service secure and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, exact color matching across screens and bead batches, or that generated patterns will be suitable for every physical project. Keep your own copy of important source files and exports.

To the extent permitted by law, PerlerTool is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability relating to a paid service is limited to the amount paid for the affected membership period. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Suspension, changes, and contact

We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect the service, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.

We may update these terms when the service, payment methods, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the service when practical. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means you accept them, except where law requires a different form of consent. Questions may be sent through the contact page.
