You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
You retain ownership of content you create. By publishing content, you grant PerlerTool a non-exclusive license to host, display, resize, and distribute it as needed to operate the service. You must have the rights required to upload each image, pattern, comment, or project.
Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically at the interval shown during checkout until canceled. Paddle is the merchant of record and processes payments, applicable taxes, invoices, and subscription notices. You may cancel using the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt; access continues through the paid billing period unless Paddle states otherwise.
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape protected data, bypass usage limits, or upload illegal or infringing material. Public content is also governed by the Community Guidelines. We may remove content or restrict accounts when necessary to protect users or the service.
PerlerTool is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that generated patterns will be suitable for every physical project. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected membership period.
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the service when practical. Questions may be sent through the contact page.
