Refund Policy

How cancellations and refund requests work for recurring card memberships and prepaid cryptocurrency access.

Last updated: July 24, 2026

Card memberships

Monthly and yearly card memberships renew automatically. Creem, or the card payment provider identified at checkout, acts as merchant of record and handles the charge, applicable tax, receipt, and eligible refund. The checkout shows the total price and renewal interval before payment is submitted.

Cancellation

Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next renewal. Use the cancellation link in your receipt or the customer portal supplied by the payment provider. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Cryptocurrency memberships

NOWPayments cryptocurrency purchases provide prepaid access and do not renew automatically. Because blockchain transfers cannot normally be reversed, contact us before sending another payment if an order is underpaid, duplicated, delayed, or sent using the wrong network. Network fees and exchange-rate differences may not be recoverable, subject to applicable law.

Refund requests

Refund eligibility is assessed under the payment provider's buyer terms, the transaction status, this policy, and applicable consumer law. Relevant reasons may include a duplicate or unauthorized payment or a material failure to provide the purchased service. A request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

How to request help

For card payments, contact the provider shown on your receipt and include the transaction number. For cryptocurrency payments, include the NOWPayments order or payment ID and the public transaction hash. You may also use the PerlerTool contact page. Never include full card details, wallet private keys, or seed phrases in a support message.

Effect of a refund

When a payment is refunded or reversed, access associated with that payment may end. Content already stored in your account remains subject to the free-plan limits and the Terms of Service.
