Refund Policy

This policy explains how recurring membership cancellations and payment refunds are handled.

Recurring memberships

PerlerTool offers monthly and yearly memberships that renew automatically. The checkout shows the total price, included tax, billing interval, and renewal terms before payment is submitted.

Cancellation

Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next renewal. Use the cancellation link in your Paddle receipt or other subscription-management message. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Refund requests

Paddle is the merchant of record and handles payment refunds. Eligibility is assessed under the Paddle Buyer Terms and applicable consumer law, including cases such as duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, or a material failure to provide the purchased service. A request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

How to request help

Contact Paddle using the details in your receipt and include the transaction number. You may also use the PerlerTool contact page for account or service issues. Do not include full card details in a support message.

Effect of a refund

When a payment is refunded or reversed, access associated with that payment may end. Content already stored in your account remains subject to the free-plan limits and the Terms of Service.
